Alcoholic beverages are available all day.
During cafe hours, only “Curry” and “Pork Cutlet Curry” are available as light meals.

Carefully Selected Drink Ingredients

  • Coffee – “JoGeSaYu Original Blend”
    This special blend was created and roasted by specialty coffee buyer and journalist Taizo Iwasaki, specifically to pair with plant-based cuisine. It features a deep roast using organically grown beans from Peru and Brazil as the base, enhanced with the balance of Colombian beans and the floral aroma of Ethiopian beans. The result is a rich, full-bodied coffee with gentle acidity and depth.
  • Tea – “English Breakfast”
    Made with tea leaves grown in the highlands of Dimbula, Sri Lanka, this black tea is well-balanced and pairs perfectly with food. It offers a bold, classic flavor with a well-rounded aroma and taste.
  • Rice Koji Milk
    Rice Koji Milk is a plant-based milk made from fermented rice and rice koji. Naturally sweet, it is free from all 28 specified allergenic ingredients recognized in Japan.
  • Koji Syrup
    Koji Syrup is a fermented sweetener made by concentrating koji amazake. It does not contain any of Japan’s 28 specified allergenic ingredients. As we do not offer vegan gum syrup, guests who prefer a sweetener can request a portion of Koji Syrup (available for an additional charge).
