We are not certified by a third-party vegan organization.
However, all items on our menu are free from animal-derived ingredients.
This includes no meat, fish, eggs, dairy, or honey.
We also use only seasonings and processed foods that do not contain animal ingredients, even in their production process. - Are your menu items suitable for Muslims?

Yes, all of our in-house menu items are free from animal-derived ingredients and alcohol.
However, we are not certified halal by any third-party organization, so we ask for your understanding.
Alcoholic beverages are included on the drink menu.
Some souvenir sweets may contain alcohol, but these are produced by external manufacturers. - Do you offer gluten-free options?

Yes, some menu items are gluten-free.
These are clearly labeled with [GF].
Please note, however, that we use wheat in the same kitchen, so we are unable to accommodate guests with severe gluten allergies. Thank you for your understanding. - Do you offer dishes without the five pungent roots (gokun/goshin)?

Yes, most of our dishes do not contain the five pungent roots such as green onion, garlic, or chives.

- Are there any rules for dining at your restaurant?

During dinner hours, we kindly ask guests of elementary school age and older to order at least one drink per person.
- Is there a service charge?

Yes, a 10% service charge will be added to your bill during dinner hours (5:00 PM – 10:00 PM).
If you enter the restaurant before 5:00 PM but stay beyond that time, the service charge will still apply.
If you prefer, you may request to settle your bill before 5:00 PM—please feel free to ask our staff. - Can I order just a drink?

During lunch hours, food orders are required.
Drink-only orders are accepted during café time and during dinner hours when using the bar (drink-only) service.
During busy times, we may ask guests to limit their stay to allow seating for others. - What drinks do you offer?

We serve a variety of beverages including coffee, soft drinks, non-alcoholic options, and alcoholic drinks.
We also offer vegan-certified beer and wine.
For caffeine-free choices, we have rooibos tea, juices, and non-alcoholic sparkling drinks such as Céleble. - Can I bring my own food or drink?

We do not have baby chairs or diaper changing facilities.
We do not have a dedicated children’s menu.However, some of our regular menu items can be enjoyed by children. Please feel free to ask our staff.
For children of elementary school age and older, we kindly ask for one food order per person. - Can I bring in or warm up baby food or formula?

We’re sorry, but we do not allow outside food, including baby food or formula, nor can we heat them.
This is to maintain our strict animal-free food preparation standards and ensure a safe dining environment. - Do you offer takeout?

There is no large step at the entrance, but the toilet is not wheelchair-accessible, and the aisles are narrow.Please also note that our staff is not able to provide assistance with mobility.
